Location

The land is located approximately 5 miles southeast of Rothbury and approximately 1 mile west of Weldon Bridge, situated adjacent to the B6344 road link. The market town of Morpeth is approximately 10½ miles to the south and the city of Newcastle is approximately 25½ miles.

It is understood the agricultural land is served by a mains water trough with the amenity woodland having a natural water supply running through.  Any prospective purchaser would be required to install a submeter and incur all costs associated with this.
