Tenancy Opportunities Come To a Closing Date

In May, Oates Rural were delighted to announce to the open market the opportunity of acquiring two secure 1991 Act tenancies.  The marketing of Milton of Larg, Newton Stewart and Bemersyde Farm, Melrose has since seen keen interest and the advertising of these properties in this emerging market appears to have become quite a talking point within the agricultural land sales sector.  Interest has been so keen closing dates have now been set with offers to be received by noon, 30th June for Milton of Larg and by noon, 9th July for Bemersyde Farm.
